Jocelyn's debut CD features high-energy, New-Trad Celtic music.  Blazing-to-soulful fiddle leads the way, accompanied by piano, guitar, bodhrán, fiddle harmonies, and lyrical vocals - with special guest musicians (cello, whistle, cittern, viola).

Ranging from rhythmic, feel-good dance music, to beautiful sweet melodies, this album showcases some of Jocelyn’s earliest influences (Cape Breton, Scottish, Irish, and Scandinavian tunes).  This music is a mix of original compositions, and arrangements of favourite contemporary and traditional melodies.

This album received honourable recognition nationally and internationally, including two nominations at the prestigious Canadian Folk Music Awards (World Artist of the Year and Young Performer of the Year), and nominations for composition competitions in France, and the United States.

This British Columbian Celtic fiddler is an artist that deserves to be heard. Her debut CD of Irish, Scottish and Cape Breton tunes impresses both for the lovely tone she induces from her instrument, and its unhurried pacing. Pettit has an intuitive command and understanding of the material that would honor a musician of any age; for one who is just 15, it’s astonishing.
